Slay the Spire, the insanely popular video game developed by Mega Crit Games, is getting a board game adaptation. For those who have yet to be swept away with the hype-train, Slay the Spire combines deckbuilding with dungeon crawling in a way that has the video game community in a frenzy as to the game’s merits. The board game adaptation is being published by Contention Games, who previously released the science fiction themed, solo playable strategy card game Imperium: The Contention.
