Dutch publisher Quined Games is gearing up to launch a Kickstarter campaign for Carnegie, the latest entry to the Masterprint Series. Designed by Xavier George, author of several beloved Euro board games like Troyes and Ginkgopolis, this 1 - 4 player game is inspired by the life of industrial magnate and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie (1835 - 1919). Featuring artwork by Ian O’Toole, the game puts players in the role of creating their own business empire whilst also providing the opportunity to become illustrious benefactors in the spirit of Carnegie. The game is played over a whopping 20 rounds during which each player gets a single turn. Each round the active player will choose one out of four available actions, allowing other players to follow suit. And in true Euro board game fashion, however manages to accumulate the largest amount of victory points is declared the most successful entrepreneur.
