The Long Requested Reprint of SOS Titanic Is Finally Happening in 2021

For years fans have been clamouring for a reprint of SOS Titanic, the 1 - 5 player game designed by Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc which depicts the catastrophic maiden voyage of the titular ship. Today then is cause for celebration as publisher The Gaming Goat has announced that SOS Titanic is not only getting a new print run but also a deluxe treatment!

“We are partnering with Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc to develop/produce the Deluxe (And Final) version of the grail solitaire game 'SOS Titanic.' (1-5 Players) We are using the extremely talented Christian Bach for the artwork and will be announcing our layout/illustrator very soon. We have a large amount of this title completed already, and this is expected to print as soon as Q1 of 2021.

Even if you aren't a huge solo gamer, this title is going to blow you away! The entire art direction will look and feel completely different compared to the original printing. As I've posted before, it's equal parts beautiful, historical, and haunting.

As a company this also marks the beginning of our transition away from crowd sourcing, as we will be printing without the use of traditional funding/marketing channels! We have 2 other mega solo titles coming in 2021.”

That last sentence is certainly a cliffhanger if I ever saw one! Look forward to finally getting to experience SOS Titanic with updated art and components in the beginning of 2021.
